Full body, low impact, high intensity. Be prepared to sweat, burn, and leave feeling accomplished.

Hot Sculpt

The perfect blend of yoga and pilates.
Expect a mix of a yoga flow paired with some strength training and cardio.

Healing Flow

The reset your body didn’t know it needed.
A slowed down vinyasa flow in a warm room (75–80 degrees).

Restorative

Class will be warm/cool and very chill.
