Frequently Asked Questions

New here? Wondering how it all works? We’ve got you.

  • All of our classes are heated with infrared panels—which means you’ll feel warm from the inside out. Infrared heat helps increase circulation, supports detoxification, boosts flexibility, and can even help with muscle recovery and pain relief. Bonus: it just feels really, really good.

  • Wear something you feel comfortable moving and sweating in—leggings, bike shorts, tanks, tees, whatever works for you. Bring a water bottle (we have water fountains and sell bottled water if you forget). Rental mats and towels are available, too—we’ve got you covered.

  • Yes—rental mats and mat towels are available at the front desk. We’ve also got water fountains and bottled water for sale if you forget yours.

  • Yep. We have showers, lockers, and changing areas so you can clean up and head out feeling fresh.

  • If it’s your first time, show up at least 15 minutes early so you can check in, get settled, and feel good going in. Regulars—we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to claim your spot and ground in.

  • Doors close when class begins. We do this to keep the space feeling safe—for everyone and for your belongings. If you’re driving or parking, give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive and get settled.

  • Street parking is usually available near the studio. There’s also a paid lot at 14th & South Street. Give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot and breathe before class starts.

  • We get it—life happens. Just cancel before class begins to keep your pass. Late cancels or no-shows will lose that class credit (whether it’s a drop-in, class pack, or part of a membership).

  • More than okay—it’s why we’re here. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors are here to support you every step (and sweat) of the way.
